We wish to inform you that our offices and storage facilities, will remain open and available given our recent classification as an essential service. In the interest of your safety and that of our team members, we respectfully ask that you limit your access to only essential visits until further notice
Please also provide your own gloves and mask to the facility.
Notice regarding PAYPAL: We regret to announce that, starting September 1st 2020, we will no longer accept Paypal payments.
Our customer service and reservation agents will remain accessible by email, online chat and by phone between the hours of 8:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 9:00 - 17:00 Saturday & Sunday
Please note that cash or cheque payments will not be accepted, neither the use of the debit machine. We offer numerous remote payment methods, including by phone, on our website, Interac e-transfer. Please reach out with any questions you may have regarding billing or your account.
Keep in mind that Site Managers are asked to maintain social distancing for the manager's and client's safety.
